In compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 5/2018, of July 27, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of people with regard to the processing of your personal data and the free circulation of this data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)). All information received on the Website, through inquiries, sending data, or any other means, will be treated with the strictest and absolute confidentiality.

All Members who provide their data through the Website will have the right to access, rectification, or cancellation of their data as recognised by the RGPD, without any opposition, as well as the right to revoke the consent given for the transfer of their data. 

The personal data that has been obtained through the Website will have the necessary protection in order to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorised access.

Becomebecome is responsable for treating the Members’ personal data in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the matter. Specifically, Becomebecome is responsable for applying the provisions of LO 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

- For the development and execution of the sales contract: during the time necessary to manage your purchase, including the deadlines for returns, cancellations and withdrawal. Subsequently, only for the services listed in this Agreement.

d) Right to delete your data, once the legal conservation periods established by the applicable regulations have been met.

f) Right to limit the processing of your data, such as in the event that you file a claim or want us to keep your data for a longer period, avoiding its deletion.

In addition, we inform you that you can always go to the Spanish Data Protection Control Authority (www.agpd.es) to request its guardianship or file a claim in relation to the processing of personal data.
